Position: Regional Solutions Engineer - North America

N2W Software is seeking a Regional Solutions Engineer to be a primary technical resource for the Sales team covering the United States. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services.

The Regional Solutions Engineer must be able to answer technical questions from customers regarding N2W technologies, features, solutions, applications as well as articulate N2W technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be able to identify all technical issues of your assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, and you must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer's technical staff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Demonstrate N2W products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and creating technical content
  • Constantly grow professional skills and knowledge of N2W and competitive products
  • Provide technical support to customers during the product evaluation period
  • General support of sales team from a technical aspect to drive team-based selling
  • Travel within the region of responsibility to visit prospects and customers, as needed
  • Support pre & post sales issues including but not limited to
    • Validating and supporting agreed upon 'proof of concept' prospects
    • Providing written & oral instructions for the products
    • Recommending best practices for different customers' environments
    • Supporting/training partners and customers
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in pre-sales engineer role, or relevant experience in selling and supporting software products to enterprise organizations
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Deep Experience in data protection – backup and DR solutions, especially in virtualized or cloud environments
  • Deep Experience in Amazon Cloud Services – especially enterprise use cases
  • Good understanding on Devops/Automation
  • Good understanding of datacenter architecture, servers, networking hardware, storage, IT management products, and services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to explain technical solutions and concepts to non-technical people
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with security solutions, Azure Pack (WAP), VDI solutions, VMware, other virtualization platforms, OpenStack, or Linux

Position: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are a fast-growing venture backed software company with a US HQ in West Palm Beach, FL looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to help manage our growth in 2017 and beyond. This position reports to the COO and interacts often with Senior Leadership and will have a great opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

Job Duties
The essential job duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following

  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining both customer and vendor records via our SFDC and SAP ERP systems
  • Accounts Payable including: purchase orders and vendor records maintenance
  • Multiple Bank reconciliations for depository accounts
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Administration of quarterly business and payroll taxes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for our investors
  • Assistance with the annual budget and audit process
  • New client/vendor setup and maintenance
  • Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP TotalSource Platform
  • Client/ vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies
  • Recommend KPIs and benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

Requirements
